At Katipō Creative, you get local service, fast turnaround, and quality you can rely on. Whether it’s business printing, large-format work, or something more creative, we focus on getting it right and making things easy for you.
Everything is produced in-house, so you’re dealing directly with us from start to finish. You can come in, have a chat, look at samples, and know exactly what you’re getting.
Alongside our print work, we offer a range of greeting cards, calendars, notepads and more, featuring original artwork by local creatives. Made with the same care and quality, right here in our studio in the Western BOP.

“I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, eventually landing a job as an illustrator for a souvenir company. During my time in that role I drew more kiwi & sheep than I could count so I figured it was high time somebody gave the unsung critters of Aotearoa a chance. My collection of critter illustrations are my ode to the variety of creatures that make up NZ’s diverse & unique fauna.”
Aidan is a Graphic Designer & Illustrator by trade - having spent a lot of time travelling the country and living in various regions, the diversity of flora and fauna around NZ keeps him inspired to create.
Anne Curtis
Illustrator & Painter – Athenree, New Zealand
Anne Curtis is a UK-born illustrator and painter, now living in Athenree, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Her delicate watercolour artworks are inspired by the natural world, storytelling traditions, and a deep appreciation for quiet, fleeting moments.
With a soft yet expressive style, Anne captures the charm and character of birds, animals, and landscapes in a way that evokes both whimsy and reflection.

“I find inspiration in the local flora and fauna - watching tui and kereru in the garden, and even kaka flying overhead. I am a self-taught artist, and a compulsive creative... I just love making stuff. When I'm not drawing, painting, sewing, printing, I'm a busy mum to two beautiful children, or hanging out in the garden growing an abundance of kai and flowers.”
